5th and 6th of November
There is a feminine way of leading, and when we women embrace it, leadership becomes transformational, joyful and full of power.
You’re an ambitious, passionate and talented woman. You’re a manager and your company or own business relies on you. Your family/relationship relies on you. You are successful but sometimes feel as if you’re continually pushing yourself over the limit. You do aspire to a larger leadership role but without having to “masculinise” yourself. You wonder if there is maybe a leadership style more suitable to you.
We invite hard-working, purpose-driven female leaders, project managers and entrepreneurs who desire to explore their own, authentic leadership style that makes use of their feminine qualities instead of excluding them.
Are you wondering where you are in the masculine/feminine qualities scale? Or do you feel in the dark about what it all means? Take this 5-minute quiz and find out.
WOMEN in LEADERSHIP
A woman’s and a man’s psyche tend to operate differently. In our patriarchal society and business culture it’s the male psyche that is dominant. As a consequence women have learned to “become the best man” in order to survive in leadership positions. This may have worked out well but it is also exhausting for most of us because we are not using all of our feminine qualities and we are investing a lot of energy to hide them away.
This has resulted in women who feel cut off from their emotional truth, working for individualism instead of the collective, standing for profit instead of humanity. It makes us feel not whole, undervalued and disconnected from the radiant woman we really are.
